As a user of the Mentorloop platform, you will receive email notifications related to things taking place - e.g. a message, a task, or a calendar event. These email notifications will not take place if you are currently logged into the platform, so that you don't see the same notification twice.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to work through if you aren't getting emails:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. See if the email address in your account is entered correctly, perhaps you entered a work email.
  3. If using a work email, see if your IT team needs to whitelist our domains.
