If you are logged into Mentorloop, you will receive a notification when you receive a message. If you are not logged into Mentorloop, an email will arrive at your inbox.

If you are not receiving Mentorloop emails, below are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve:

  1. Check your junk/spam folder;
  2. See if the email address in your account is entered correctly;
  3. If using a work email, see if your IT team needs to whitelist our domains.
