You can change a User's email address up until they have confirmed their invite. Once the User has confirmed their invite, you won't be able to change the email address.

Due to security concerns, we (Mentorloop staff) or you (Program Coordinators) are not permitted to change a participant’s email address once they have confirmed their invite and created a Mentorloop account. This is by design, so that a Program Coordinator can’t change a participants email address to their own and gain access to their account and view their private loop.
