Once you have collaborated with Mentorloop staff to help customise your Recruitment Form to your liking, it's time to get people into your mentoring program. To do this, head to the Recruits tab of your dashboard, then click 'Manage Recruitment Form'. Here is the link you can send to your intended mentoring program candidates, be it via an email blast, workplace chat, intranet, etc.
Once a user submits the form, they will appear in the 'Recruits' tab of your dashboard, under the 'New' section. Here you can click 'invite' to invite them into the program, at which point they will be invited to create a Mentorloop account so they can then be matched.
